Shear Performance can sharpen your cutlery. I charge $1.00 per inch of blade to sharpen your knives.

 A sharp knife is a safer knife, and will save you time in preparing meals. Special care is taken with your high-end, American, Asian, and European cutlery. Most customers are amazed at how sharp their knives can be. I can also repair and re-contour your broken tips.

We Don't Do...

Some knives Aren't intended to be sharpened.

These include some TV knife sets that have micro or double sided serrations. Ginsu knives, for example, are double serrated knives that are not meant to be sharpened)
